DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Prices quoted are inclusive of delivery at no specific time between 10am to 6pm on your chosen delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise on the individual product page.
  • For any redelivery requests, there will be an additional charge between $10 - $20 depending on delivery location.
  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect/incomplete or if there is no one or place to leave the flowers, there will be a redelivery fee of $10 - $20 depending on the delivery location.
  • For any specific timing request, please get in touch with us prior to making your order so we can advise on whether we can accomodate the request. If your request requires express delivery, there may be an additional charge between $25 - $30 depending on the time and delivery location.

SELF-COLLECTION

  • Yep, you can absolutely collect your flowers directly from our store! Our self-collection hours are from11:00am - 5:00pm (Mondays - Fridays, excluding Public Holidays).
  • If you'd like to collect the flowers before 11:00am, please let us know at least 1-2 working days in advance.
  • To ensure that your flowers are ready for collection, please give us a call at +65 6588 2088 before coming down to the store.

RETURNS

We endeavour to make you a satisfied customer! If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately. We will either replace your order for free or give you a refund equivalent to 90% of the purchase price (there is a processing fee of 10% for refunds).

As fresh flowers are perishable, kindly communicate any dissatisfaction within 24 hours from time of delivery, with photographs where possible.Please note that replacements and refunds are given at the sole discretion of The Enchanted Tree Pte Ltd.
