Florist, Full-time

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented florist to assist with the demands of a highly competitive industry.


  • Prepare and create floral arrangements to meet daily order fulfilment in accordance with in-house style and guidelines (training will be provided).
  • Provide care for flowers (and plants) and maintain the optimum condition for storage. Assist with loading and unloading of flowers and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of flower shop and accessories.
  • Attend to clients’ enquiries and provide advice/recommendations based on clients' requirements.


  • At least 1 year experience working with flowers.
  • A genuine love for flowers and a desire to work with them.
  • Comfortable with getting their hands dirty behind the scene.
  • Have a keen eye for design, colour matching and style.
  • Positive minded and ability to work efficiently while under pressure.
  • A team player with willingness to learn and are open to new ideas.


Social Media Marketing and Admin Lead

We are currently looking for someone with a strong interest in managing and measuring success of our social media initiatives. This role will oversee the social media strategies across owned channels, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, community growth and engagement. This role will also assist in our day-to-day task to ensure seamless e-commerce fulfillment.


Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, develop and publish engaging organic content for all our owned channels, ie. IG, FB and website.
  • Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor, track and analyse performance on social media platforms.
  • Maintain, update and organize web content to improve user experience and accessibility.


  • Manage customer enquiries across all channels (ie. emails, phone calls, IG and FB direct messages), on a timely basis.
  • Administer daily orders in great detail and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Work alongside the floral production team and external partners for smooth order fulfilments/deliveries.


  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing & Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
  • Ability to work comfortably with MS Office and image editing software, eg. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English language, with excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Good photography skills with an eye for detail and a natural flair in design.
  • Experience managing social media channels (namely, IG and FB).
  • Well organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a very small team, on site.
