MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & ADMIN LEAD (PART-TIME) / (INTERN)
We are seeking a self-motivated and creative individual to join our small and passionate team. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do spirit, great communications skills, and a keen interest in social media marketing communications with the aim of increasing brand awareness , community growth and engagement. This role will also assist in our day-to-day task to ensure seamless e-commerce fulfillment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Marketing Communications
Plan, create and manage engaging content across our social media platforms, ie. IG, FB and TikTok.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity - from captions to styling and image editing.
Track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Regularly update and manage website content to keep it fresh, user-friendly and visually appealing.
Admin & Customer Support
Assist with customer enquiries via, email, phone or social media messages - with warmth and professionalism.
Support day-to-day processing of online orders, including delivery scheduling.
Work closely with the floral team and external partners and vendors to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A positive personality with a willingness to learn and try new ideas, take initiative and work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and image editing tools eg. Adobe LrC, PS or AI.
Eye for photography, design and social media trends.
Some experience managing social media platforms, eg. IG, FB and TikTok, is a plus.
Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
Must be comfortable working in a close-knit collaborative environment.
No prior experience is required, fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
Part-time: Able to commit 2 - 3 days a week.
Location: Changi Business Park
Must be able to work during festive seasons, including but not limited to CNY, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
