As you might know, Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year are back-to-back this year, with Valentine's falling on the third day of the Lunar New Year. It does mean double the happiness, but also brings with it many questions! Hopefully, this little FAQ we put together for you will answer some of your questions.

Yes, we’ll have a CNY Pick in a Jar at $90 for delivery the week of Feb 8. Design will be launched by end-Jan!
Only our Valentine’s Pick collection will be available for delivery for 12 Feb to 15 Feb. Valentine’s Picks will be launched in end-Jan. If you’d like to be notified when it launches, please fill up this (very short!) form over here!
Only Valentine’s Picks will be available for Valentine’s Day period, which is 12 Feb to 15 Feb this year!
The closest available delivery date for these arrangements would be 11 Feb (subject to slot availability) - but we really won’t advise ordering on the 11th to gift on Valentine’s Day. Flowers are perishable after all!

I’m afraid we do not take custom orders for Valentine’s Day period. For 12 Feb to 15 Feb, only our Valentine’s Picks will be available.
